Refund policy
Every Asola Allure treasure is chosen with love for her fans. To ensure a seamless return, physical items such as albums, merchandise, or collectibles must arrive sealed and in their original condition. If an item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at customercare@asolaallure.com.au, and Asola’s team will cover return shipping to make it perfect and special.
Please note, items cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, and digital albums or downloads cannot be returned due to the nature of the content.Â
Refunds or replacements for damaged or incorrect physical items will be handled once we receive and lovingly inspect your return.
VIP Passes & Tickets:
Tickets for shows and VIP packages are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event of a cancellation or reschedule.
